NOVEL was one of the last places I checked out and it blew me away when I toured the building. The views, pool deck, and gym are top notch. Sorry Gorgeous is on the same floor as my unit so that’s cool! Chewie and I have absolutely loved this decision. The staff are amazing, the amenities and community are so wonderful, and the access to RiNo and Five Points is perfect! Come check it out and you will be glad you did. If it weren’t for Bailey and JJ, things wouldn’t be as wonderful as they are. One love!

Living at Novel Rino since 2024, beautiful, modern, luxurious apartments. Management staff is friendly and welcoming. Great location, RTD light rail is just two blocks from the building, easy access to I-70 and I-25! Great gym and yoga room! Studio 6 is magnificent, elegant and sophisticated room. The pool area is great and has a great Denver skyline and mountains views. Clean and well maintained facilities. Love my home!

NOVEL RiNo – Nathalie gave the tour and was soooo helpful! She asked all the appropriate questions to learn more about me and my wants/needs and articulated the building’s character and vibe very well, matching my objectives. Amenities are awesome as well, and the common spaces are well maintained and diverse, depending on your mood. This property has many options to align with your budget, timing, size requirements, etc. The RiNo area is edgy but feels fun, safe and “arty”. Looking forward to making the move to Denver!!

I had to find a new apartment last minute after my last place flooded and have been nothing short of impressed by Novel. The property management team has been lovely, the amenities are so nice, the community has been friendly, and the commercial spaces in the building are great. I’d definitely recommend this apartment community to any of my friends looking for a new place.

I attended an event last night at Novel and wish I could live there! This place is absolutely gorgeous from the exterior to the lobby and bar inside. The staff was very friendly, especially Keri who was so hospitable and accommodating during the event. I can’t wait to come back and recommend Novel to people moving to Denver.
