First of all, let me say I'm extremely picky when it comes to apartments.
But I have been at Novel Rino for almost two years, and seriously, have no complaints.
First of all, the build quality is great. I have lived on multiple floors and I have never heard anyone above me nor next to me.
They keep the complex clean with daily cleaners, and the sidewalks are always being power washed and maintained.
You have great energy with sorry gorgeous, and the downstairs restaurants.
Overall, I love the building, but the best part is the staff!
BAILEY is an angel and truly cares about her job; she was the one who toured me when I first applied and ever since that day has always been kind to me, answered any request I've ever had & always makes my day better!
The rest of the staff is also amazing and truly does care about the residents! Shoutout to JJ and Kymm also who have been amazing since my day 1 as well!
Of course, any apartment can have its hiccups, but Novel Rino truly checks all the boxes and get its right.

NOVEL was one of the last places I checked out and it blew me away when I toured the building. The views, pool deck, and gym are top notch. Sorry Gorgeous is on the same floor as my unit so that’s cool!
Chewie and I have absolutely loved this decision. The staff are amazing, the amenities and community are so wonderful, and the access to RiNo and Five Points is perfect! Come check it out and you will be glad you did.
If it weren’t for Bailey and JJ, things wouldn’t be as wonderful as they are. One love!

NOVEL RiNo – Nathalie gave the tour and was soooo helpful! She asked all the appropriate questions to learn more about me and my wants/needs and articulated the building’s character and vibe very well, matching my objectives. Amenities are awesome as well, and the common spaces are well maintained and diverse, depending on your mood.
This property has many options to align with your budget, timing, size requirements, etc.
The RiNo area is edgy but feels fun, safe and “arty”.
Looking forward to making the move to Denver!!
