Shoutout to Hayden and Jesus (if I recall correctly). The community events held were always filled with friendly residents so making friends definitely was not hard if you tried. Also access to the Rooftop bar was very convenient when you were ever in need of a drink or a good vibe, as the views were spectacular. Amenities and the living area as a whole were nice and modern as well. Gym could have been bigger though. I definitely would recommend this place if it's in your budget. At least the high-rise side. I specifically chose that side for the condo grade experience. I work from home and did not like hearing my neighbors or them hearing me and my home theater system and I was more than satisfied with the results.

I have lived on multiple floors and I have never heard anyone above me nor next to me. They keep the complex clean with daily cleaners, and the sidewalks are always being power washed and maintained. You have great energy with sorry gorgeous, and the downstairs restaurants. Overall, I love the building, but the best part is the staff! BAILEY is an angel and truly cares about her job; she was the one who toured me when I first applied and ever since that day has always been kind to me, answered any request I've ever had & always makes my day better! The rest of the staff is also amazing and truly does care about the residents! Shoutout to JJ and Kymm also who have been amazing since my day 1 as well! Of course, any apartment can have its hiccups, but Novel Rino truly checks all the boxes and get its right.

What a warm and welcoming place filled with amazing staff! I have felt like part of the family since move-in day! The amenities are wonderful; having access to a rooftop bar, restaurants, coffee shop, florist and the Greenway are so fun! NOVEL was one of the last places I checked out and it blew me away when I toured the building. The views, pool deck, and gym are top notch. I love the novel rino! I do not live here but we host a lot of events here for my fitness studio and Chloe, JJ and the team are such a pleasure to work with! The space is beautiful and perfect for hosting pretty much any event you could imagine! They make it so easy and collaborative and have the best energy!! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!!!
