I recently toured these apartments and was really impressed! The Denver location is perfect—right in the middle of the city. Having open bars and restaurants attached or nearby gives it such a fun, lively vibe. The apartments are very spacious, and don’t even get me started on the amenities—they’re amazing! Lived here for 14 months on the 2nd floor of the Highrise and had a great time. JJ, Bailey and Nathalie at the front desk were all very helpful and accomodating with any issue I had. Maintenance was also great and resolved issues quickly. Shoutout to Hayden and Jesus (if I recall correctly). Shoutout to Hayden and Jesus (if I recall correctly). The community events held were always filled with friendly residents so making friends definitely was not hard if you tried. Also access to the Rooftop bar was very convenient when you were ever in need of a drink or a good vibe, as the views were spectacular. Amenities and the living area as a whole were nice and modern as well. Gym could have been bigger though. I definitely would recommend this place if it's in your budget. At least the high-rise side. I specifically chose that side for the condo grade experience. I work from home and did not like hearing my neighbors or them hearing me and my home theater system and I was more than satisfied with the results.

I have lived on multiple floors and I have never heard anyone above me nor next to me. They keep the complex clean with daily cleaners, and the sidewalks are always being power washed and maintained. You have great energy with sorry gorgeous, and the downstairs restaurants. Overall, I love the building, but the best part is the staff! BAILEY is an angel and truly cares about her job; she was the one who toured me when I first applied and ever since that day has always been kind to me, answered any request I've ever had & always makes my day better! The rest of the staff is also amazing and truly does care about the residents! Shoutout to JJ and Kymm also who have been amazing since my day 1 as well! Of course, any apartment can have its hiccups, but Novel Rino truly checks all the boxes and get its right.

What a warm and welcoming place filled with amazing staff! I have felt like part of the family since move-in day! The amenities are wonderful; having access to a rooftop bar, restaurants, coffee shop, florist and the Greenway are so fun!
